Before I embarked on my search for warmth, I had to really think beyond crimsons, goldenrod yellows and magentas. It required a bit of daydreaming and pure luck as I strolled for my thermal finds. Visiting a local glass art company, I shot some photography for a good half hour of both a warm bulb and warm-colored glass. Okay, the glass doesn’t necessarily invoke a strong sense of warmth, but the light, shapes and colors are beautiful. The owner, working within fifteen of me on a stained glass piece was very patient with my intrusion. But my favorite is not the glass, it is the sweet flower surrounded by cool darkness that I found in an ally way on my way back home.
