process
off hour fun
1) Website Design Planner
Email Kristine your interest in using her as your designer and an overview of your requirements, and she will email you a link to her online Planner for you to submit.
2) Deliver Assets
Mail and/or email all assets including written content, logo (if have), any photos and/or art you would like her to use, and payment in full (check or money order). Once assets are received, this lets Kristine know you are serious and she will schedule your project for the soonest availability. Kristine accepts credit card payments through PayPal.com. Please add PayPal fee of 4.9%.
3) Prototype Date Confirmation
Once Kristine receives assets mentioned above, she will confirm via email that she has received the assets, will schedule your project, and provide a date for you to expect a prototype.
4) Proof Prototype
Check your email on the day you expect your prototype (a graphical representation of what your site will be based after). Please review your prototype in detail (this is the only time you are allowed to make graphical changes - you can change your written content all you want once the website goes live). Email your changes and Kristine will confirm via email the date you can expect the test version of your website.
5) Proof Test Version of Website
Check your email on the day you expect the test version of your website. At this point, you can make changes to your written content. Once the changes are made, your website will be uploaded to the World Wide Web. Once the site is live, Kristine would love to hear feedback about her service.
About changes after site has gone live…
This is referred to as “Maintenance” and is billed hourly at $50 per hour and invoiced monthly, or billed per project. Deliver changes by sending an email.
