First Prototype

T his site is the second version and with the redesign, was converted into a Web-log powered by WordPress for the client’s ability to post articles and manage the basic pages of the site. With the conversion, the client is thrilled with the interactive nature of the blog as visitors can post comments to articles. Some of the other features include an email sign-up form connected to a database, logo design, DHTML menu and custom favicon. [13 pages / Fixed Layout]
Arts Council Website
Version 2.0

Site is coded in XHTML and tableless CSS. Development included information architecture of 65 pages, content recommendations, copy writing and editing, custom digital graphics, prototyping design, and adhere to color branding scheme. Software implemented including a content management system and message board, and customized a script for an image slideshow. Other projects include e-newsletter design (see image below), and production and program development for general online advertising, Artist Registry and Resource Directory. Arts Event
Interface design for main pages to align with printed catalog design utilizing XHTML and tableless CSS, as well as custom marketing banners and special graphics creation. Programming is done by colleague. This site has required new page development on a case-by-case basis, and almost weekly maintenance gearing up for the September 2008 event. [11 pages / Fixed Layout]
Artists’ Resource Website
Version 1.0

This is the 2nd redesign for our county’s Artists’ Open Studios program. Site is coded in XHTML and tableless CSS. Past sites include information architecture, minor content editing and development of online application forms and form surveys. [26 pages / fixed layout]
County Arts Calendar Website
Site launched in 2006 and is the Master Arts & Culture Calendar for Napa Valley, California. Site is coded in transitional HTML and partial CSS - will be upgraded to XHTML very soon. Special sub calendar specifically for teens. Involvement includes the implementation of Trumba calendar software, content recommendations, info architecture, logo design, digital artwork and favicon design. [35 pages / liquid layout]
DBSA Napa Chapter Website
Version 1.0

This non-profit organization is a local organization to raise awareness for mental health support in it’s county. The site is a Web-log where any board member may login and make changes to the website. Site is coded in XHTML and tableless CSS with PayPal integration to collect donations. Other projects include content recommendations, copy editing, logo design, business cards and letter head design. This site was first launched in 2004 and on it’s second version/redesign. Museum Website
Site launched in 2007 and coded in transitional HTML / partial CSS. Fun project which consisted of logo design utilizing pre-existing art, on-site digital photography, copy writing, and implementation of simple web-based calendar for the volunteer staff. [3 pages / Fixed Layout
Special Event/Symposium Website
This one-pager was created for a special environmental symposium and was coded in transitional HTML and partial CSS. It was based after a full color print poster I had designed with custom logo. Other contributions was copy writing and editing assistance. [1 page / Fixed Layout]
Youth Program Website
Launched in 2001, this website was coded in transitional HTML, partial CSS and designed logo, assisted with copy writing and editing. Special projects for this client extended well beyond creating a website which included creating graphics for TV advertising, multiple full-color posters, and custom digital artwork for a full-color CD sleeve for client’s multiple projects.
